Joining up with Sandy and a few friends in late April, I was blown away by the Dordogne region of Bordeaux, and by Paris too. I’m kinda self-concious about lugging my camera around in public but my little Sony RX10 MkIII is small enough to travel with, and has a pretty amazing 24-600mm lense, and I didn’t mind using it around Paris. Urban street photography has never been my thing, but I really, really enjoyed trying some longer exposures - even handheld . Results were predictably mixed but I managed enough images to make we want to do more this year.
